AT EUROPEAN HANDLING EQUIPMENT REFRESHER DAYS

European Handling Equipment recently hosted two Refresher Days highlighting its extensive selection of materials handling equipment including products from the popular Tailift and Noveltek ranges.

The two-day event, which was organised to help refresh visitors' knowledge of European Handling Equipment's expertise and its vast product range, was staged at the Sadler's Brewhouse close to the company's headquarters in Lye, Stourbridge. "We thought the Sadler's Brewhouse, with its long history of providing liquid refreshment to customers in the heart of the Black Country would be particularly appropriate for the overall theme of our Refresher Days," says Andy Williams, managing director of European Handling Equipment.

In addition to providing visitors with the opportunity to learn about recent improvements to many familiar models, the event launched a number of new products. These included rough terrain trucks, lift tables, pallet trucks and a range of handling attachments.

Visitors were also able to view the latest European Handling Equipment corporate video and discuss their future business plans with two major suppliers of equipment sold and distributed by the company throughout the UK. Representatives from Taiwan-based manufacturers Tailift and Noveltek were on hand to demonstrate products from their successful ranges and to announce new and forthcoming additions to their respective ranges.

Andy Williams was delighted with the number of visitors to the Refresher Days and for the chance to catch up, face-to-face, with many long standing customers. He says, "My phone has hardly stopped ringing with messages of thanks and appreciation from guests who were able to attend. I was particularly pleased that senior personnel from two of our major suppliers, Tailift and Noveltek, were able to spend the time to travel from Taiwan to see for themselves how well regarded their products are by so many users in different industries throughout the UK. I think we'll definitely have to do this again!"
