Farm shop's pop up kitchen at Sledmere musical fireworks

William's Farm Kitchen is extending its popular Farm Kitchen concept into a pop up version to feed visitors at the forthcoming musical firework display at Sledmere House.

William's Farm Kitchen already runs the popular Terrace Café and a farm shop at the stately home and WFK owner, Mark Farnsworth is delighted to have been asked to cater for the anticipated 5,000 visitors at the event on 31^stOctober.

Mr. Farnsworth said: "We're very excited about the prospect of catering for such a large number of people, not to mention the spectacle of Sledmere's first firework display."

A team of 16 will be serving William's Farm Kitchen award winning sausages and burgers, hot pork sandwiches, jacket potatoes and home-made soup from a pop up kitchen on the estate's parkland. It is anticipated that over 1,000 meals will be served during the course of the evening.

Tickets for the ‘Night at the Movies' themed musical firework display are available fromwww.sledmerehouse.com.There will be fairground rides open from 6.00 pm, the bonfire will be lit at 6.30 pm and the firework display to music will begin at around 8.00 pm.

William's Farm Kitchen is an award-winning farm shop, butchery and café with sites at Hornsea Freeport, Sledmere House and Tong Garden Centre.
