"The truffle is one of my favourite ingredients," says chef patron Andrew Jones, "It may look unassuming, but it is a true culinary star. In the space of three months each autumn we have three different varieties available. They don't come cheap, but to be honest, this is the same with all ingredients. When you want to use or eat the best, you have to be prepared to pay a premium for top quality. I'm pleased to say that this year's truffles are superb, hence ourTruffle Celebration."
The Truffle Celebrationmenu costs £65 for three courses and can be paired withmatching winesfor an additional £30.
