Nullifire introduces Premier Contractors' Scheme

 The Premier Contractors' Scheme has been developed to provide
specialist installers of Nullifire's industry leading intumescent coatings with both
appropriate skills and a greater insight into the advanced materials' benefits and characteristics

Underlining the importance of correct application techniques for crucial fire protection systems, as well as its long term support for its network of contracting partners, Nullifire has launched a new contractor training and benefits programme.

The Premier Contractors' Scheme has been developed to provide specialist installers of Nullifire's industry leading intumescent coatings with both appropriate skills and a greater insight into the advanced materials' benefits and characteristics.

Participants can undertake the one-day courses either at Nullifire's headquarters in Coventry, or within the manufacturer's new purpose-designed facility in Wigan. The manufacturer's staff will deliver detailed presentations on the performance and application characteristics of products including the now well-established SC902 system and the recently-introduced SC801 which complements it. Supervision of preparation and application will be carried out in multiple booths to offer contractors' operatives valuable hands-on experience.

Steve Plater of Nullifire, comments: "Under the new scheme, we will be offering training to partner contractors and an insight into the performance of SC902 which can give them an enormous advantage in terms of time on site and the ambient conditions under which it can be applied. They will also learn about SC801, the new 90 and 120-minute product, which complements the use of SC902 in areas or at times where its enhanced application characteristics, say in relation to temperature, are not required. This provides further economic benefits for our customers."

Once companies have had their staff trained, they will be listed on Nullifire's website as Premier Contractors and be able to display the company logo on their vans or literature. Branded workwear and membership cards will also be available. Courses will run at regular intervals throughout the year and Nullifire has already been seeing strong interest from the fire protection industry. Main contractors are also starting to see the benefits of using a Nullifire Premier Contractor.
