Fleet Alliance's top for customer care Small Fleet Leasing Awards

Fleet Alliance is top for customer care in the Small Fleet Leasing Awards

It's a triple triumph for Fleet Alliance's customer care, winner of the Small Fleet Leasing Customer Service Excellence Award for 2015 in the 2015 Business Car Manager Small Fleet Leasing Awards. The Awards recognise the best suppliers of fleet leasing to the SME sector, the engine room of the UK's economic recovery.

Fleet Alliance's took the award for the third year straight and reflects on how seriously it takes customer care - using two systems to monitor client satisfaction - and this was picked up by the independent judges from the Small Fleet Leasing Federation.

Fleeteye CSI is used in the leasing sector to independently benchmark client satisfaction (covering products, service, price and communication) as well as benchmark participating companies against their competitors. This ranked Fleet Alliance first out of 17 and winner of the Best Customer Service award of up to 250 vehicles - based on 2014 surveys - with an overall CSi score of 96%, up 12% on the UK average!

In Opinurate, drivers taking delivery of a new vehicle are sent an email with a link to an incentive-driven micro-site that allows them to rate their experience and see if they have won an instant prize. This showed 98% of drivers are satisfied with its service.

The business firmly believes that continual client growth and high satisfaction statistics are a result of having an engaged and motivated team who provide our clients with excellent customer service. This is evidenced by successfully achieving on-going growth over the last four years, and heading for a fifth successive year of an increase in operating profit from 2013 to 2014 of 58%.

Leasing brokers are playing an increasingly important role in the vehicle finance sector, especially amongst SMEs who are taking advantage of alternative funding options. The sector has seen dramatic growth in 2015 and is on target for 200,000 vehicles on contract by end of the year, following an unprecedented growth rate of 40% during the last two years.

Ralph Morton, editor of Business Car Manager, said: "Fleet Alliance has good systems in place and an excellent ethos when it comes to customer service. They see customer service as directly related to a committed team so commits to a continual investment in staff, resulting in Investors in People Gold Status, which is awarded to less than 1% of businesses in the UK."

The Small Fleet Leasing Awards have the full backing of the key leasing broker market funders - Alphabet, Arval, Lex Autolease and Network. The Small Fleet Leasing Awards are promoted by the websites BusinessCarManager.co.uk and BusinessVans.co.uk, trading titles of Business Car Manager Ltd.
