Concept Vehicle Leasing is Best Small Fleet Leasing Company

Concept Vehicle Leasing has won the Best Small Fleet Leasing Company (250 to 1,000 vehicles sales) category in the 2015 Business Car Manager Small Fleet Leasing Awards, which recognise the best suppliers of fleet leasing to the SME sector, the engine room of the UK's economic recovery.

The independent judges from the Small Fleet Leasing Federation felt Concept ‘offers great customer care and is developing good products in a substantial package for continued growth'.

Concept provides fully outsourced fleet management and maintenance, offering the full package to small businesses that do not have the resources for a dedicated fleet manager, so that clients can concentrate on their business and not worry about the details of running the vehicles, from servicing through to accident management.

Behind the success is a new company framework with two new account managers to offer a fresh perspective and eager to please the growing customer base, plus the appointment of an experienced sales director and a new fleet and rental controller who has 10 years' experience as a mechanic, providing the ability to cost control fleet management issues and provide customers with expert advice.

Concept has also improved the technology. IT upgrades include all new computers, upgraded new server and some services uploaded to the cloud, with remote access to continue business as usual from another location if necessary, plus new phone system and automated website.

Leasing brokers are playing an increasingly important role in the vehicle finance sector, especially amongst SMEs who are taking advantage of alternative funding options. The sector has seen dramatic growth in 2015 and is on target for 200,000 vehicles on contract by end of the year, following an unprecedented growth rate of 40% during the last two years.

Ralph Morton, editor of Business Car Manager, said: "It is clear that regardless of whether the client operates a fleet of 50 vehicles or a private individual with a cash allowance, every single customer benefits from exactly the same experience rom Concept.

"Concept's approach to technological advances is also commendable, both in the vehicle fleet - such as exploring the potential for major expansion of electric vehicles for the London area - and in company administration."

The Small Fleet Leasing Awards have the full backing of the key leasing broker market funders - Alphabet, Arval, Lex Autolease and Network. The Small Fleet Leasing Awards are promoted by the websites BusinessCarManager.co.uk and BusinessVans.co.uk, trading titles of Business Car Manager Ltd.
