Citroen Contract Motoring wins Best Manufacturer Small Fleet Leasing Programme 2015

Citroen Contract Motoring (CCM) has won the Best Manufacturer Small Fleet Leasing Programme category in the 2015 Business Car Manager Small Fleet Leasing Awards, which recognise the best suppliers of fleet leasing to the SME sector, the engine room of the UK's economic recovery.

Citroen wins the award for the second year running and the French manufacturer with CCM, which is available at every dealer, hasn't been resting on its laurels. The independent judges from the Small Fleet Leasing Federation applauded the value-added products and services offered by Citroen.

CCM's campaign to increase levels of customer engagement includes sending out service reminders and renewal vouchers, with savings of up to £500 to reduce monthly repayments.

The company's Finance Lease option has also been expanded, and there is now increased funding for special bodied vehicles, as well as the addition of its comprehensive telematics package on all models. 

These include Citroen's Gold Standard service, which includes full maintenance of the vehicle, with an option for unlimited tyres, which is often a very cost-effective addition to the deal. There is also the option of a free of charge fuelcard, which many fleets are keen to take advantage of.

Ralph Morton, editor of Business Car Manager, said: "For 2016, Citroen Contract Motoring will be reaping the rewards of its hard work on marketing for both retention of clients and generation of new business while increasing the level of interaction and communication with the customer. As a result, there is now ongoing dialogue throughout a lease deal, instead of leaving contact with the customer to just prior to the end of their contract.

"The past 12 months has also seen the addition of service contracts as options for customers, complementing the existing maintenance offers.

"CCM, available from every UK Citroen dealer, has recently entered a joint venture with Santander, which is operating as a pilot scheme in the UK. This agreement increases the funding available to CCM at competitive rates and also the competitiveness of its products."
