Mortgage Advice Bureau Swindon, the mortgage advice expert, has achieved 24 per cent year-on-year growth.
And, following the recruitment of experienced mortgage adviser, Hannah Clegg, the company has also increased its workforce to seven. Mortgage Advice Bureau Swindon’s team now comprises four full time mortgage advisers and three mortgage assistants.
Jeremy Morcumb, the business principle, meanwhile, has been ranked in the top six in Mortgage Advice Bureau’s nationwide network of mortgage advisers.
Commenting on his company’s expansion, Jeremy said. “We’re obviously delighted with the growth we’ve achieved this year. Hannah has been in this industry for over ten years, so her knowledge and experience make her a great addition to our team.”
Hannah joins Mortgage Advice Bureau Swindon from the estate agent, Connells Group, where she rose from mortgage consultant to mortgage manager between June 2014 and September 2016. As well as arranging mortgages, Hannah also arranged life cover, critical illness cover, income protection and home insurance.
Prior to this, Hannah held mortgage advice roles at Barclays, Halifax and Northern Rock. In 2007, she attained the CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification.
Mortgage Advice Bureau benefits from its high street location and excellent reputation. It offers customers access to more than 90 lenders and 11,000 mortgage products exclusive to Mortgage Advice Bureau. The company has over 600 advisers across the UK and arranges around £8 billion of mortgages annually.
Mortgage Advice Bureau has won the British Mortgage Awards five years in a row and the Money Marketing Financial Services Award for Best Mortgage Advisor three years in a row. In total, the business has won more than 50 awards in the last five years.
