Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) Wiltshire has been named as main sponsor of Wiltshire’s biggest Help to Buy Home Show, taking place this November. 

The show is being run by Help to Buy South, the Government-appointed Help to Buy Agent covering the south of the UK. Help to Buy South hosts regional events, giving new and current applicants the chance to learn about the Help to Buy Equity Loan as well as Shared Ownership schemes.

Visitors to the show will be able to find out more about existing and future developments in the region and can also speak to mortgage and protection advisers to help them get the right deal to suit their personal circumstances. 

Help to Buy South covers areas including Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Bristol, Bath and North Somerset, North-East Somerset, and Mendip.

Ian Williams, Business Principal at MAB Wiltshire will be attending the show, he comments: “The Help to Buy Home Show is an exciting event and we are proud to be such a big part of it.

We are keen to make sure that every prospective homeowner has all the information about the options available to them to help them get on to the property ladder. Many people are still unaware of the range of Government schemes that have been introduced and the show is a great opportunity find out about all of the schemes. We are really looking forward to being on hand throughout the day to offer advice to delegates and hopefully get more people well on the way to home ownership.” 

The Help to Buy Home Show will take place on Saturday the 4th of November at De Vere Alexandra House in Swindon. Aspiring homeowners and those looking to find out more about eligibility for the schemes are interested in learning whether these schemes are right for them can download tickets online at www.helptobuyshow.co.uk. Parking is available free of charge.
