CHOC Chick YouTube channel: find out how to make delicious chocolate that’s good for you

Galia Orme, founder of CHOC Chick, the developer of raw chocolate making kits and ingredients, has launched her YouTube video channel.

In her videos – which have already attracted over 3,000 views – Galia presents simple, fun and healthy recipes for delicious chocolaty treats.

With National Chocolate Week underway (12 to 18 October 2015), the raw chocolate expert’s recipes are perfect for chocoholics and parents looking for an exciting way to enjoy time with their children. By following Galia’s effortless step-by-step instructions, viewers can produce gluten-free chocolate truffles, heart-warming hot cocoa and raw chocolate dipped dried fruit.

Speaking about the YouTube channel, Galia said: “The YouTube channel gives me the perfect opportunity to introduce people to a side of chocolate they may not know – healthy and ethical. Every recipe is simple and fun, giving everyone the chance to experience chocolate in various forms.”

A confirmed chocoholic, Galia founded CHOC Chick to provide raw chocolate making kits, recipes and organic ingredients to likeminded people. The company’s products enable chocolate lovers to create and enjoy chocolate that is free from dairy, gluten, processed sugar, additives and, most importantly, guilt. 

Having visited Ecuador in 2011, Galia sources organic cacao ingredients for CHOC Chick products directly and ethically from cooperatives and farmers in that country.

CHOC Chick products are available in 400 stores across the UK and Europe. These include Whole Foods Market UK, Harvey Nichols, Infinity Foods and Magasin Du Nord in Copenhagen. In 2015, CHOC Chock products were listed by Holland & Barrett and are now available in 200 stores. They’ve been Holland & Barrett’s online and category bestseller since March 2015.

Also introduced to the east coast of the US following a recommendation to Whole Foods Market North Atlantic, CHOC Chick products can be found in 30 stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine.
