Ranging from the traditional essence of the Christmas pudding ice cream to the infusion of spices in the mulled wine sorbet, Rays Ice Cream’s Christmas flavours will also include mince pie and brandy cream flavours.
Rays Ice Cream also has the answer to keep the kids entertained through the Christmas break. The reindeer poo offering, which consists of dairy ice cream and chunky choc chips, is sure to put smiles on faces and be a talking point this Christmas. Swinging by Rays Ice Cream this Christmas gives parents the perfect opportunity to enjoy a cup of sumptuous hot chocolate or warming fairtrade coffee, too.
With two-tier and log ice cream cakes now on the menu, customers can mix and match their favourite flavours to create their own cake from only £20. Co-founder of Rays Ice Cream, Hadi Brooks has suggested some delicious combinations: “With our fantastic cakes now available, you can customise yours to create some delightful Christmas flavours. Mixing our double choc and mint choc ice creams together makes a wonderful After Eight cake, for example. Or, why not combine mince pie and brandy cream ice creams? Cakes are made to order so we are asking customers to get their orders in now!”
All of these products and more will be in the shop ahead of the Old Town Christmas light switch on, which will take place on Sunday 29 November 2015. On the night, Rays Ice Cream will be open until 6.30pm selling their famous ice cream and taking orders for Christmas cakes. There will also be special offers on bite size waffles.
Looking ahead to the
Christmas period, Hadi continued: “Christmas is a time for food lovers to
indulge and try something new. We think that should apply as much to lovers of
