Floors for balconies, podiums and roof tops made easy with Buzon

 
 

The Buzon pedestal allows for the creation of raised floors on balconies, terraces and green roofs and can be used with any type of paver or timber decking.

The clever system allows for the easy removal of the floor surface so that any problem area is easy to access, investigate and repair with minimal effort.

The pedestals can support over 1,000kg each and have a built-in slope correction device. This gives up to 5% fall compensation and, as a result at ground level, the pedestal can easily be adjusted for uneven surfaces.

With height adjustability of between 17mm - 1070mm, the pedestals allow unsightly plumbing and electrical services to be concealed under the floor.

The patented slope-correcting device achieves a perfectly level floor finish. Interchangeable spacer tab gaps ranging from 2mm to 10mm between pavers provide drainage and allow for external and internal floor finishes to be level.

The pedestals also reduce sound transmission and increase the thermal insulation of roofs. In addition, the product reduces weight loading by eliminating the use of sand and cement mortar beds.
