Patchwork Pâté hits the road in 2015
Patchwork Pâté will be at many of the UK’s leading trade shows in 2015, showcasing its award-winning, handmade products that use locally sourced ingredients from the Welsh countryside wherever possible.
The company is using trade shows to exhibit newly launched products such as its Mushroom Marmalade collection. Comprising Mushroom Marmalade, Jalapeno Mushroom Marmalade and Smokey Mushroom Marmalade, these relishes will enhance any burger, whether vegetarian or meat. They’re great with cheese, hot and cold meats or on a slice of toast.
The Ruthin-based company will show many of its much-loved established products, too. These include the Red Pesto Pâté, which won three gold stars in the Great Taste Awards 2014 and the Welsh Golden Fork.
Patchwork Pâté will also be promoting its Chase range of pâtés, inspired and infused by the purity of Chase vodka and gin. The range, produced in partnership with the Chase Distillery and made with free range livers, consists of:

Everyone at Patchwork Pâté is looking forward to showing off our new and existing products. Trade shows are essential to Patchwork Pâté - they give us that all-important platform to meet retailers and get our delicious treats in more shops up and down the country.”
Patchwork Pâté was founded in 1982 by Margaret Carter. A family business, the company began with a start-up fund of £9, invested from then single mother Margaret's housekeeping funds. Today the company occupies purpose built kitchens in nearby Ruthin where it employs 20 people.
The company’s product range includes pâtés, chutneys, hummus and soups as well as sweet products such as ice creams and chocolate terrines. Patchwork Pâté also offers hampers and guerrilla picnic packs for social occasions.
Patchwork Pâté products are stocked by selected independent retailers across the UK. Products are also available online at www.patchwork-pate.co.uk. Selected pâtés will soon be available on www.ocado.com.
