Drenched your Ribs in KANKUN® to bring your food to life

This dish, which is simple to prepare, oozes sauce and is really something to get your teeth stuck into.
Ingredients:
400 g of beef ribs
Salt and pepper
3tbsp of honey
Juice of 1 lime
5 tbsp of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE
Method:
Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place the ribs meaty-side up, in large roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush with 2 tablespoons of KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix remaining KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE with honey and lime juice.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture to serve with ribs later. Brush ribs with mixture and cook for further 10-15 minutes, basting occasionally, and turning a few times during baking.
Grill: Preheat grill to high. Place the ribs on a hot grill, meaty-side up. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning once, and then cook for a further 10 minutes, brushing with sauce occasionally.
Serve with KANKUN® CHIPOTLE SAUCE.
